Q1 Brigade Activity Reporting Is Now Open! 
Q1 Brigade Activity Reporting (January to March 2022) has officially launched today and will close on April 15, 2022 at 11:59pm PT. We’re launching this quarter’s reporting early to allow time for Brigade leadership teams to gather and identify information and ask questions to the Brigade Program Team.
We shifted to quarterly reporting at the beginning of this year as part of Network ReVisioning’s Implementation Phase and the 2022 Transition Period MOU. The first pass of this new process may leave you feeling stressed or stuck – don’t hesitate to reach out to me and we’ll find a way to work through that. As this year goes by, we’ll be rolling out additional tools and support to help your Brigade track and manage your data.
What is Quarterly Brigade Activity Reporting?
The Quarterly Brigade Activity Reporting serve as pulse-checks, which will help the Brigade Program Team monitor Brigade health and community impact. We hope they will create opportunities for brigade volunteers to reflect on their needs and progress toward their goals. These reports, noted in each Brigade’s MOU, are required for all active Brigades in the Code for America Brigade Network and to be submitted by one of the Brigade’s leaders/organizing team members.

- Use this response template tool to gather activity reporting information collaboratively in one document prior to filling out the reporting form.
- Once the Brigade leadership team is ready, please designate one Brigade leader to submit the answers in the Q1 2022 Brigade Activity Reporting form.
