Vaccination Finder

The is the infamous Flu Shot Finder built many years ago with the City of Chicago’s Department of Public Health. I know a few of you all used it (or tried to) with your local governments. The current activity on it is found at: https://github.com/githubtkompare/vaccinate There are currently two active branches off the master branch: chicago-flu, and chicago-mmr.

The data source is data.cityofchicago.gov. Data may also be from a Google Sheet via use of the Google Sheet API.

As always, this thing is a work in progress. Forgive my messy GitHub repository. I work on this in my spare time, which is in rare supply. Example active app may be found at https://chicagoflushots.org. Because the government procurement stinks, I run this app on my cloud services. Thank goodness I stay under the free plan threshold. If there is an epidemic, I’ll need a funding source.
