Excellent tips! I’m still getting used to being part of a panel, so this is very useful for me to understand how to interact as well.

Dawn was great and brought us together for lunch before our panel so that we could get to know each other.

I think those are all great tips. I particularly like a few things he mentioned…

  • limit the number of people on the panel
  • make it conversational
  • love the lightning round
  • if your panelists don’t know each other that well, do a dry run or meet in advance (like, not right before the session)
  • not everyone has to answer each question is clutch! hone in on their expertise
