# Recruiting leadership for your brigade

Putting out calls for volunteers to step up and help organize your brigade is one of the most powerful ways to multiply your impact. Many brigades have found that not only do some of the brigade members you’re already familiar with step up in new and bigger ways, but calls for leadership can also bring out members of your community that have been following your work and waiting for a bigger opportunity to engage.
Reviewing how other brigades have described and advertised their leadership positions can provide a great starting point, let’s collect all the examples we can in this topic:
