### Description:

Operation Big Farewell is an inclusive celebratory space for folks in the nonprofit, government, and social impact sectors to come at peace with the aspirations they accomplished and the ones they couldn’t.

We all have hangups from our past. Gather with us to break the branch on a process, relationship, or project you have longed to let go of. Discover how to put those aspirations to rest to bring about growth for a brighter future.

Join this celebration if you want to:

- Explore how to define and express your core values clearly
- Practice listening skills by sharing your aspirations, experiences, and values among peers without judgment
- Get inspired with resources on managing aspirational clutter for your civic tech efforts

### Ready for your next mission?

Strengthen your relationship with your values by:

- Sharing your big farewell story below.
- Exploring the community resources in the slide deck.
